Ensure that they have a PIN which will be required when making ATM withdrawals. The PIN will be generated and mailed to the cardholder’s mailing address if this option has been checked on the MOL Freedom application form. If for any reason, the PIN is not received, please contact EON Bank’s Customer Service Hotline at 603-2616 1133. |

Ensure that you have their MOL Freedom number and expiry date when transferring money to your friends or family members. |

You may then top-up their MOL Freedom by following the detailed instructions based on your preferred top-up channels.

Once the top-up transaction is completed, the money will be instantly transferred and the cardholder will be able to make instant ATM withdrawals at any MEPS or Cirrus ATM machines worldwide. |
